Gift card terms

I. General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions govern the purchase, issuance, and use of the Nabala Manor gift card (hereinafter "gift card").
2. The issuer of the gift card is Nabala Manor (hereinafter "issuer").

II. Scope of Use

The gift card can be used as a payment method for the following Nabala Manor services:

1. Croquet court rental (necessary equipment, including mallets and balls, is included in the rental price).
2. Croquet introduction lessons.
3. Tennis court rental (necessary equipment is not included in the rental price).
4. Billiard table rental with necessary equipment.
5. Accommodation at Nabala Manor.
6. Room rental at Nabala Manor.
7. Other services and activities offered at Nabala Manor premises.

The issuer reserves the right to change the selection of services. If a specific service is temporarily unavailable, the gift card holder may choose another available service.

III. Purchase and Issuance

1. Gift cards are available for purchase year-round.
2. Gift cards are available in both electronic and physical form.
3. Gift cards are issued by email upon request from the buyer in their desired amount.
4. A prerequisite for purchasing a gift card is receipt of payment to the issuer's account.
5. Gift cards are issued within 2 business days of payment receipt.

IV. Gift Card Use

1. Gift cards are valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. The validity period is marked on the gift card.
2. Upon expiration, any unused balance becomes invalid and will not be refunded.
3. If the service price exceeds the gift card value, the customer pays the difference on-site.
4. If the service price is lower than the gift card value, the unused balance remains on the gift card for future use within the validity period.
5. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn in cash.
6. Gift cards are transferable to third parties. The issuer does not verify the identity of the gift card user.

V. Loss and Damage

1. In case of loss or damage to a physical gift card, please immediately notify the issuer at [email protected]
2. For electronic gift cards, a new card can be issued to the same email address to which the original card was sent.
3. Replacement of physical gift cards is only possible if the issuer can verify the card purchase transaction. A service fee may be charged for replacement.

VI. Right of Withdrawal

For gift cards purchased via distance selling (e.g., email or website), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the gift card without giving a reason, provided the gift card has not been used. To withdraw, a clear statement must be submitted to [email protected]

VII. Final Provisions

1. The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, with notification of changes on their website. Gift cards purchased before changes take effect are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
2. These gift card terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
3. By purchasing a gift card, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
